Bottling

Gwydir Olives has recently upgraded our bottling service. Gwydir Olives Pty Ltd offers a bottling service for Olive oils, Cotton Seed oil, Canola, Sunflower and other food grade liquids. With many years experience in the business we have recently upgraded our facilities.

This facility offers a low cost bottling alternative for small to medium orders. Please contact us for a quote and to discuss your requirements.

1:

The bottles are first cleaned with an air blower, which dislodges any debris in the bottles and then removes it by a vacuum.

The bottling line is a new 10 Head Gravity Fill semi-automatic machine.

2:

The bottles proceed to the capping machine which seals the bottles with an approved tamper-proof cap containing a permanent pourer.

3:

This may be followed by a thermoshrink cap seal which is also tamperproof.

4:

Bottles are then fed into the state of the art Tronics labelling machine, which is capable of applying labels to many shapes of bottles and jars.

5:

Orders are carefully packed to ensure that the product reaches the customer in first class condition.

6:

Cartons are automatically taped and then packed on pallets and wrapped for transport.

A pallet is loaded ready for transport.

The bulk and packaged goods are taken to the cellar where the oil is stored at a cool, stable temperature.
